Cannot Install – Upgrade Database Leads to 404

Hello, I have just installed the plugin and am trying to configure it, however, when I go to the settings it leads me to a page stating I must upgrade my database to continue.

Anytime I hit the Upgrade button it leads me to a 404 page, URL:

I’ve read through the forum and saw another user fixed the issue by deactivating DCL, activating the original Disqus and upgrading the database through that plugin however I have tried this and it throws the exact same error at me, except with a “1” at the end of the URL:

https://reelbump.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?page=disqus&step=1.

Please let me know how I can fix this issue and begin using this plugin. Thanks in advance.
