Cannot leave comments

I’m not exactly sure what is going on, but visitors cannot leave comments. I have comments enabled in the post itself. I have WordPress setup so that the users need to register before posting.

I’ve been searching google and this forum for days now without any luck to my problem.

When I move the mouse pointer over the No Comments link below the post, the URL it displays in https://www.survivingthestupid.com/?p=4#respond and when I click on it, it simply shows the same page again with no changes.
