Cannot Link Upload to Post

    I am having an issue attaching an upload to a post or page.

    I am using Dean’s FCKEditor for WordPress and the standard upload option placed below the editing window. I can upload without issue but then I am offered the possibility of attaching to the file, page or none.

    No matter what I select, nothing happens when I click on Send to editor>>

    I do get an IE error stating that ‘Can’t move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus’.

    I get the same error in Firefox but no error message.

    The file is uploaded and available. I cannot see an upload/attach file option within FCKEditor and so my options are limited.

    Anyone any ideas?
