Cannot load Add New plugin page

  • Hi,

    when I want to add a new plugin the Add New plugin page does not load. The wheel just spins and that’s it. I have added many plugins before and it has always worked. I have been through all the possibilities but I cannot find a solution. I simply have no idea as what to do next. The site is aracaria.com.au

    I would greatly appreciate if someone could show me a way. Thanks in advance. Stefan

    This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-One theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
