cannot load admin page, redirects to self??

Hello,
I have a really odd issue with wordpress.
i cannot get into my admin page anymore. I get a blank screen and in the address bar I have: https://electronicapost.net/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https://electronicapost.net/wp-admin/ whenever I try to get into https://electronicapost.net/wp-admin
I am stuck and don’t know what to do…
I checked in the database and the website has the right electronicapost.net and the wp-settings are ok.What can I try?
