• Hi. I’m currently using two styles of forms on my WP page (Mail Poet and WPForms). I noticed I had 44 new subscribers, but they are not showing up in my subscribers list. I’ve been notified by email of these new subscribers, and cannot locate them. When I try and add them manually even, they won’t appear. I am in over my head with two forms. I don’t care which I use, I just want the thing to work. I also want to retrieve my subscribers I’ve worked hard for. Any advice on steps to retrieve these subscribers and simplify my system would be great. If you click on my landing page you will see the two forms, and I forgot how I even put that lower form in there. It’s not actually on that page, but was something I programmed in another area of WP (I can’t recall where). Also, do you know of a professional organization which I can call and get help from (I will pay for it). Also, which form would you recommend I use exclusively?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Each plugin handles listing and managing subscribers differently.

I recommend checking with the plugin’s documentation and/or support for specifics.

I appreciate your help. I am wanting to find where WP Forms stores my subscriber list because I can’t find it. I don’t want to install WP Lite because I don’t think this is going to work for me. I am able to function with the Mailpoet and am going to keep things simple. However, I’d love to discover my lost subscribers.

In that case, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
