Cannot log in

Hello,

I run my yoga teacher blog out of wordpress.com at https://www.ishanathayoga.wordpress.com. I have been unable to log in since June.

The error message is, Site Suspended, cookies are not enabled in your browser. Cookies are definitely enabled in my browser. The pathway I use is My Computer>Internet Options>Security/Privacy>Advanced>turn off automatic cookie handling and allow first and third party cookies. I’ve been on the phone twice to my isp, iinet, for hour-long support calls where they try to fix the problem and they can’t fix it.

I cannot contact support at wordpress.com because I have purchased no upgrades. I am willing to purchase upgrades, eg domain mapping, but the original problem is that I cannot log in. A loop is operating whereby I need to log in to purchase upgrades so I can contact support about the fact that I can’t log in.

I have seen other messages like this on the www.ads-software.com forums and .org tends to send people back to .com. However, I am not allowed to access support at .com, as I have explained, because I have not purchased upgrades.

One person on the forums said the problem fixed itself after a few months. Another said her isp support team fixed it. Most just get sent away.

I make my living teaching yoga from this site. Does anyone have any ideas?
