Cannot Log in because of cookies

Hi. Today, when I logged in as usual to my admin page, I got an error message that I needed to have cookies enabled. Well, they ARE enabled. When I tried to re-enter my password, I got sent to an “Object Moved” page and a link that the ‘document can be found here’, which sends me back to the bad log in page again. I tried using an old wp-login.php file but that didn’t matter. I tried deleting a new theme I installed and that made it worse – now my website won;t even come up.

Any ideas as to how to make the bloody thing see that I actually DO have cookies enabled? https://www.dickbrownfield.com
