    Hi,

I cannot log in to my WordPress dashboard. Error message: Could not open socket appears after I complete the login with Captiva.

I have not logged in to my page in a while so I am not sure what can have caused this. However, it may be related to a recent automatic update to 4.7.3

The page is still working as before if that makes a difference.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi,

I have exactly the same issue! Maybe is it server related?

Are all three of you using “captiva”? If not, please open your own support threads rather than “me, too” replies. Thanks.

As you use a commercial theme and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Hi again.

I realize I put the wrong info in my first thread. It is called RE Captcha, the thing that checks if you are human. Is this part of the login related to the theme on the page or handled by WordPress?

Any help would be much appreciated.
