Cannot log in – Fatal error message

    Since trying to update WordPress was interrupted, now when I try to log in the following message displays:

    Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘wp_no_robots’ was given in /home/content/s/h/e/sheehut/html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 339

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/content/s/h/e/sheehut/html/wp-login.php on line 82

    Contacted GoDaddy and they thought it was a plug in issue, but could not correct it.

    I currently have WordPress 2.9.2 and am unable to update.
