Cannot log in – no password, email recognised

Not sure which version I’m using as I can’t log in. Have tried every password i have, and when asked for email, none of those I enter are recognised. Am completely stumped. How can I log in to Dashboard if email and password not recognised?
Can access my host account – don’t know if that helps.
