Cannot log into admin portal

I have tried several times to log into the admin portion of my website, but am getting the error that the email address is not associated with the site. I know it is the correct email address and am not sure what to do now.

I have tried clearing my browser history and cache as well as restarting the browser. I searched through the forum, but have not been able to find a solution that works.

Please help!
