Cannot Log into Dashboard

After installing and activating the plugin today I cannot log into my WP dashboard.
I have tried using both https://www.socialistalternativenyc.org/wp-login.php and https://www.socialistalternativenyc.org/wp-admin/ and each time after I enter the information the form just clears, with no password or other errors I have tried this in incognito mode and other browsers.
