Cannot log on to wp-admin

  • I cannot log on to the wp-admin site. It gives me this message:

    Furthermore, when i log on my website, it says this at the very top of the site:

    Also the text is in disorder, because it messes up everytime there is an ?,? and ? – which is quite often in danish..:)

    Any help will be apreciated.
