Cannot login after changing Blog Address

I am in the process of changing web hosts with my blog.

I was reading the wrong directions. While under the Settings > General, I changed both the:

WordPress address (URL)
Blog address (URL)

to point to the temporary installation of my new host.

Now I am not able to login because it keeps trying to point to the temporary site. I cannot get the “Lost Password” link to send me the confirmation link?

I did a Full Backup before I did this, in which I could have my webhost admin restore the backup if that will reset the URL’s I changed.

But, is there any other way for me to login? I have cpanel access and I have FTP access, but I cannot login to the Dashboard.
