@graham167 Is this on your own website, or the www.ads-software.com website?

It is when I try to access my website to edit it in wordpress.

It is on the WordPress Login screen.

Yes, both First Party & Third Party Cookies are accepted.

Do you have the same issue with any ad or tracker blockers switched off?

If you do, also try clearing cookies for your domain name.

Thank you. Turned off ad or tracker blockers (it was “balanced”) but still get the error.

Also deleted cookies for the domain name – but still get the error.

Note, the other administrator for this site also gets the same problem.

Ok, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thank you for all your help.

    Managed to fix the problems.

I had edited the functions.php file and left two blank lines at the end of the file. Once removed it worked correctly.
