Cannot login from mobile

    Hi,
    I received email about topic I wrote on some issue about one or other plugin and when I try to access from my mobile using Chrome I always get “error The Password you entered for the email address (the same I use to access this support forum) is incorrect Lost your password?”

    I tried several times, also solved the human proof I’m human to retry again but nothing to do. What I have to do. I cleared the cache but nothing

    Cannot login to the forums (here) or your wordpress site?

    I let Chrome sync passwords between devices automatically and I’m able to login on desktop and mobile w/o problems. https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6197437?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

    Hi Steve,
    Thanks a lot. I suppose I have made two confusions and mistakes.
    The most typical www.ads-software.com and .com but I solved it and understood what happened.
    I received an email www.ads-software.com about the needs to change my password for security reasons. I went to lost password and reset it but I haven’t read that password must be at least 12 characters so I set new password shorter than 12 characters but it doesn’t work of course. I went to PC where my old pwd was memorized and regularly accessed.
    This morning following your suggestion I checked the saved pwd on Chrome and discovered that my old pwd for www.ads-software.com had been automatically modified according to main 12 characters guideline.
