So I’m trying to login in private browser to check if the login works as it should, but whenever I have entered the login information and clicked on the Login button, the button keeps loading forever as you can see in this gif: https://i.imgur.com/DkzDfdS.gif

I have tried to clear all the cache from the site but the same problems occurs. It worked fine a few days ago though.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    hi @viggotico,

did you install any new plugin between the time it was working and it stopped?

If yes, please try to deactivate them to see if one of them is creating a conflict.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,

The issue is with the caching plugin as I can see the admin-ajax.php is showing 302 error which generally happens when the caching plugin is active. If you can disable the caching plugin and check if it works or not would give more idea and if you can exclude the /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php from the caching would solve the issue as well.

Hello Patrik, I tried to disabled the caching plugin and also tried with a cleared cache, but it still kept loading. I then tried to exclude /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and also tried after clearing the cache, but it didn’t fix t he issue.

Ok, Can you please create the support ticket on our site https://userswp.io/support?

    Regards,

Just FYI, I’m getting an email saying:

    Login Verification Required

and in the body of the email it says

The request was flagged as suspicious…

The link is from : alphacommunity.net/login/?wfls-email-verification=…

Not sure where wfls email verification is coming from, but probably that’s the culprit.

    Hi,

I think it’s a WordFence plugin and you may have enabled two-factor verification or other security feature of the plugin. Can you check after disabling such settings related to login and let us know if it works for you or not?

    Regards,
    Patrik

@paoltaia @wpdev10 Yeah reCAPTCHA was enabled in WordFence settings, while I think it was also enabled in the UsersWP settings: https://i.imgur.com/Uyz0Z1W.png

The login works now after disabling it, thank you all for the help! I’ll be more careful with these security plugins, so they don’t overlap each other.
