Cannot Login – Keep redirecting

    Hi there,

    What’s going on over at Formidable?

    I can’t login, the login page just keeps redirecting to the login page.

    What’s happening?

    I’ve tried resetting the pwd as well and the loop keeps looping back to a login box.

    Hi @stevenjram

    We recently upgraded our hosting and we’ve had a few users report issues logging in since. So far, the fix that has worked for everyone is clearing browser cookies. Could you please try clearing your cookies and then attempt logging in again?

    Hi @njones35,

    Yep cleared browser and cookies and cache etc.

    Can login, however cannot create forms. No styles either.

    I can see you have a Pro license and have already opened a ticket in our helpdesk. Since we can only support the Lite version of our plugin via WordPress forums, our team will respond via the helpdesk instead.
