Cannot login to admin

Everything looks good, but I can’t access admin on the new site. I use the “forgot password” link, click it, and get the message:
Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.

I’ve tried over and over. In the database I can see my account under users, but it’s just not working. What could be causing this?
