Cannot login to admin on my site

Your admin dashboard is located at https://www.organisemyhouse.com/wp-admin, not blog/wp-admin page.

Hi – Thank you – very strange as have been using the /blog/wp-admmin since it was set up!

Have now tried the other link and it is saying I do not have sufficient permissions to access the page……

Some plugin could mess the things up. Try renaming your plugins folder to plugins2 and login into dashboard. If this helps, then rename plugins2 directory back to plugins and try renaming folders with different plugins. That way you will find the corrupted one.

I don;t think this is a plugin issue as was working fien and haven’t changed anything apart from hosting.

If i can’t login at all to wordpress how can I change anything?

Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Note: none of the above requires you to log into your WordPress dashboard.
