Cannot login to admin panel

Another person created this website for me and I know it is currently hosting through Dreamhost. Since then, I only used WP Dashboard online to make all changing regarding themes, posts, etc, and I have never install wordpress or know how to use FTP, or any other software.
Recently, I changed both Home and the site URL on General setting to https://yannicknaud.com. After that, I was unable to log in through both wp-admin or wp-login. Whenever I enter my details to the login page, it loads the login page again… I don’t know anything about hosting, so a step by step instruction would be really helpful. I know there are several topics regarding this problem already and I can change wp-config.php file to gain the access again, I just don’t know how to.
