Cannot login to Dashboard wp

Since last one week, I cannot login to my dashboard after changed the theme to Martha. Any way, I don’t think it’s due to martha theme.

After login correctly the page appeared, ” Not Found”.

Can somebody guide me what to do to get back my dashboard.
