    Hello,
    For some unknown reason I cannot login to my Account in your website. I have not changed anything, I still have the email I registered and purchase the premium version with (two years – third is coming soon).

    It looks like my account does not exist. How can I contact support? There is no email option.

    PS: It looks like you changed the login url adding “my” before your domain. Did this cause some accounts to be deleted? I don’t know what is going on.

    Thanks for reaching out, apologies for the trouble you had here. You are correct, the link to login is here: https://my.theeventscalendar.com/my-account/

    I see that you mentioned that you have a Premium Subscription for one of our plugins, so that allows you access Premium Support, but if you cannot login, you can simply email this address: [email protected]

    If you submit that we, we will be able to pick it up and help you out through our Helpdesk.
