Cannot login to wp-admin

I hope someone can help me.

I suddenly cannot login in the wp-admin of two wordpress sites.
I haven’t touched these sites in months and the last time I was able to login without problems.

The problem is probably the arras theme which they both have.
I can still login in 5 other wordpress sites that use different themes but have the same plugins.

I uninstalled wordpress in one of the two sites, deleted the entire folder in ftp, reinstalled wordpress successfully, but still cannot login in wp-admin.
