Cannot login using Cleantalk’s 2FA

When I usually login, I get the two window dialog box where I place my username and password. After that, a single window dialog appears where I have to paste my 6-digit code that Cleantalk emails me. That’s how it has worked for some time.
Now, after I have sent off the first part (Username and Password) the original box remains – but it is now empty. If I repeat the Password and Username, Cleantalk sends me the same code again, but there is nowhere to put it. This lasts for 20 minutes or more thereby preventing me from accessing my website. Although I have another means to access it, this is not good enough by Cleantalk – given I am a paid subscriber of theirs and this is the only means I can report the problem to them.
Does Cleantalk have any solution to this problem?
