Cannot loging after using dvanced wordpress reset

I need some urgent help.

I used the plugin ‘Advanced WordPress reset’ and followed the WBBeginner tutorial on Youtube via https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wyb27TqchmA.

Now since the reset my admin user is no longer recognized and I cannot login. I followed the tutorial as proposed in the video https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-an-admin-user-in-wordpress-using-ftp/ but it didn’t work.

Now after some attempts to solve the issue I cannot access the login page at all anymore and it shows 403 Forbidden error.

Please I need your help urgently.
