Cannot logout

Started using ulimate member recently and most of it works great.
Trouble is I’m having trouble logging users out, I’ve done some browsing on this forum and your members page and a lot of other people have as well.
Why does this do this?

Is there any other way to get this to work again other than uninstalling and reinstalling while hoping it will workout this time?
