Cannot logout from WordPress

Hello,
I cannot logout and also my customers from WordPress
I have tried to disable all plugins and changed the theme to the default
Also I have disabled WooCommerce and tried to change the endpoint.
Nothing change.https://example.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&itsec-hb-token=wplogin&_wpnonce=fe9c7144d7
Are there any thing to fix the logout problem?
