Cannot maintain Enforce Image Size Checks setting

What is the point of having an option to “Enforce Image Size Checks” if every now and then “A non standard setting is detected” and the plugin resets the value? Nowhere in WPdom does a plugin offer a setting you can set but will be unset later on.

I would suggest removing the code which forces one to have it a certain way.
