Hello, I’ve just installed your plugin on a new WooCommerce site, and now when I try to use the password reset link on the site, after I enter my username, it’s throwing the following error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/mycgymnastics.org.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-google-recaptcha/inc/core.php:51) in /home/customer/www/mycgymnastics.org.au/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1421

I’ve had a look at the file in question and it looks ok to me… the client is on siteGround hosting. Any thoughts how to fix this? Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • We tested the plugin with WooCommerce and it is working as expected in the Lost Password form. We noticed that in the page you have given, captcha is not displaying properly. Can you please check Enable for Lost Password in the admin plugin settings and test your page toggling that checkbox? If it still does not work, we need to investigate the issue in detail. You can send temporary admin credentials from our contact page. https://wpconcern.com/contact-us/

Hi @rabmalin thanks for your response. Yes, all reCaptcha settings are toggled ON already, see screenshot: https://imgur.com/q7a9tpb.

The reCaptcha logo is actually there but it seems to be displaying BELOW the footer, which is probably why you’re not seeing it, the z-index seems to be off, see screenshot: https://imgur.com/p8inQXm

I have tested again and I’m still getting the same error from the lost password page here. NOTE: The password reset still works, I still get the email with the reset link, but the page after I submit my username displays as follows: https://imgur.com/t5UQSKT

@rabmalin I have sent temporary admin credentials to the support form, keep me posted? Thanks!

@rabmalin I got a response from the support ticket at wpconcern. It seems disabling the reCaptcha on the Lost Password page fixes the error.
