Cannot modify header information

Look at your /home/hdi2/public_html/index.php file. See if the first line is a blank one or some such thing.

Nope. Here are all of the lines from the index.php file:

<title>Official Weblog Of Howie Isaacks</title><?php
/* Short and sweet */
define(‘WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);
?>

Thanks for the suggestion though. I’m sure it has something to do with a bad or missing line of code.

Remove this:
<title>Official Weblog Of Howie Isaacks</title>
You should NEVER edit that file. You edit only the index.php of your active theme.

OK. So put back a fresh copy of the index.php that I should “never” edit. Nothing has changed. I still have the same problem.

Clear your browser cache or something, perhaps?

The problem isn’t with my browser or the other people’s browsers. I have cleared the cache a couple of times. I’m pretty sure there’s some screwed up code someplace.

I am getting the same error today after transfering my blog from one host to another.

the only thing I have changed is updated my wp_config file.

It looks like the problem was caused by a title having been added to my main index.php file. I removed the title line altogether and the problem is solved.
