cannot modify header information error message – no login

  • I am getting this error message. It suddenly appeared on both my test set-up and the production site and I can not login. Any ideas? Nothing running other than this plugin and no plugin updates have been applied. The test site is a version from two weeks ago.

    note – this is a site wide issue for me that includes issues for other domains and not just world cup predictor related.
