• Installed the plugin, then went to settings. I used the following:

    Title: + Learn More
    Title Color: #3684FF
    Border: 1px solid #00F000

When I click Submit, the following error appears:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/autodesk/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:1881) in /home/autodesk/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1178

I’ve tried various combinations of values, but I don’t think that’s the issue.

I’m using Headway 3.7.17 for my theme. I’m really hoping this plugin works & proves to be reliable, it reads as if it’s exactly what I need.

Feature Request: It would be cool if there was support for a background colour as well as a border colour.

Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers!

I’ve not been able to reproduce the error on my test site. The Headway theme doesn’t seem to be in the WordPress repository; where did you get it from?

I’ll be looking to add background colours to the Plugin this weekend.

https://www.headwaythemes.com it’s a popular theme framework. Anyway, here is the specific build I’m using, please let me know once you have downloaded it and I’ll remove the file.

I’m guessing it may be a permissions issue? Hopefully you can fix it at the same time as updating your code to support background colours.

FYI, I just tried it with 1.2.0 and the issue is still there.

I have downloaded the file and will investigate to see if I can reproduce the error.

Thanks. I’ve ended up using Collapse-o-matic for now. But if you figure this out, and I have time I will give this another go. There is a lot to like about collapse-o-matic, but I have spent a lot of time mucking about trying to get a decent background color to work.

I’ve tried, but not been able to reproduce the error so it looks like it isn’t basic compatibility being a problem.

This would suggest that either it is a combination of the plugin, Headway and other plugins or maybe specific settings.
