• Hi all,

    Desperately hoping someone can help me out. I’m fairly new to WP and this morning I updated to 3.6 as well as trying to install a slider plugin (which failed due to files size).

    I have then tried to log back in to WP a few hours later an am served with quite a few

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at XXXXXXXX/comments.php:15) in XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-login.php on line 384

    I’ve tried looking at the WP official FAQ troubleshooting guide and this tells me that this error is on line 15 in the comments.php file. I’ve tried removing blank lines around here but to no joy.

    Would someone kindly mind taking a look at the code as I can’t see anything wrong (but my php knowledge is non existent)? I’ve pasted it here;

    Thanks in advance
    Andy

    Give this a read and check your wp-config.php file.

    You may need to manually delete that slider plugin via FTP or whatever file management tools your host has provided you with.

    Thanks for commenting. This slider plugin wasn’t actually uploaded in the end so this isn’t the problem.

    Are you able to see any of these ‘mysterious’ blank spaces from the pastebin code I posted?

    Had already read the troubleshooting guide – where it says to hold the delete key for 15 seconds, when I do this it just ends up deleting code, which obviously I don’t want.
