Cannot modify Signup form Settings

HI, I am trying change the options including display name of the sign up button and redirection of signup thanks page. Every time i make a change and click save plugin settins, I am getting the same error page as “Page Cannot be displayed” and redirected to “https://www.exactpharmas.com/wp-admin/options.php”.
I tried reinstalling the plugin as well. Any other options or solution regarding this issue ?
