Cannot move listings to ‘trash’

Can you tell me a bit more?
– What version of WP are you running here?
– What exact version of BD? (number, please)
– What version of PHP? (number please, this is available under Directory Admin->Debug from the admin dashboard)

What is the exact text of the error? That will probably be key here.

Sounds like you might have a conflict going on.

I would suggest a conflict test. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with Business Directory, which may help pinpoint the issue: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

With just BD and a default theme enabled, see if you can delete listings. If you can, then you definitely have a conflict and you’ll need to re-enable things one at a time to find the source.
