I have 2 installations of support candy, on different websites on different cpanel accounts. BOTH stopped working at the same time. When we try to open an attached picture we get an error (below). There have been no settings changes on either site in months, all updates have been done. Old tickets that opened before, no longer open. Verified the “file type” (jpg) is allowed in admin. Ideas??

    (error message including debug code)

    Hello @micahbuse,

Please enable fileinfo extension for PHP on your server and then recheck the issue. If you can, please go to your cPanel and enable it. Otherwise, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable it for you.
