Cannot Open Cart from Icon

    When a customer adds a product to the cart they cannot open the side cart by clicking on the icon, even though it shows products in the cart.

    When you click on it nothing happens.

    Can anyone please help me to fix this?

    I do not see the plugin’s javascript being loaded on your site.
    Are you using any cache plugin? Please purge the cache and see if it works.
    If it doesn’t, temporarily deactivate the cache plugin and let me know, I will further debug.

    I am using WP Rocket. I suspect that might be the issue then. However I dont know what code to put in to exclude the side cart in caching.

    I have disabled the plugin and its still not working

    1. Try resetting your side cart settings.
    2. Have you made any template changes? Copied the plugin template to your theme and override them? If yes, then try reversing it.
    3. If still doesn’t work, kindly share your website login details using this support portal. Please do not share them here.
