Cannot override cart and checkout page

I just tested on my testing site, and it looks like template overriding is still working, as mentioned here. I have copied the template from here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/tree/8.3.0/plugins/woocommerce/templates

However, are you overriding the template or the block? I would suggest trying to override the template mentioned here: https://woo.com/document/template-structure/#template-list

By the way, if you’re using Block to create pages like cart, product archive, checkout, etc, then this guide can help you customize it instead of overriding it: https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-blocks/#section-15
