    Hi,

    I have Godaddy Cpanel Hosting
I’ve also paid for the Pro version.

Both verification methods do not work.

I’ve verified the file is in my server, as well as the DNS TXT entry.

Also the www. prefix does not detect even though both A and CNAME entries have been created.

    Help please.

    Thanks,
    Jen

Are you sure that you have tried to verify your .txt records correctly?
Please, check your txt file and see if it includes a “@” sign.
The “@” should be replaced with your name or host that you use for the record.
If you have verified the files in your server as well as the DNS text and you are still experiencing this problem we would suggest that you install an SSL certificate. If you don’t have your SSL installed you might face problems in the process of verifying your domain and thus we strongly recommend you do it.
If the problem still persists, we advice you to contact GoDaddy’s support.

@bramfreeman Thanks for the reply. Support has helped with the issue. There were some self-signed certificates that got assigned to the doamin during the auto-install process.
The support team were very helpful and set up everything for me.

    Hi Jen,

I’m experiencing the same issue. Which support team, Godaddy or SSL Zen? Or maybe you now know what to do?

    Thanks
