Cannot place media in the popup box

  • Hi there,

    i just realized i can’t insert any media inside the popup.
    When i click on “Insert media” nothing happengs. When i try to switch on HTML mode, it does work as well.

    Can anyone help please?

    Hi @hsr, that sounds like you are having javascript issues. Could you try deactivating other plugins to see if that solves the issue? or check your browser console for errors.

    I have the same issue.

    Additionally, I cannot write anything on the visual display

    I have installed WP 4.8 and WP rocket.

    Any recommendation?
