Cannot place order

After clicking “place order” button on checkout page, the plugin simply throws the customer back on checkout page. No order is placed, no charges, no logs!
I was able to capture following error with browser console;
Uncaught FormNotReadyError: Cannot call SqPaymentForm#requestCardNonce before the paymentFormLoaded () callback. See Step 4: https://developer.squareup.com/docs/payment-form/how-it-works#the-sqpaymentform-process-flowThis plugin is unable to complete any orders or charges at the moment. v2.0.8
