Cannot place order after adding upsell items

I’ve tested with one By?QuadLayers, there’s no problem with upsell on Checkout. Perhaps you’ve disabled a field which should be required. Can you please check if the order can still be placed successfully if our plugin is disabled?

Thanks for prompt reply. Yes order can be placed once the plugin is removed. We have disabled some fields but it works fine originally.

Same problem when the customers pick upsell items during checkout page, they can‘t place the order. It shows “please fill in address to next step” but the address is actually filled

@shiukik No, I meant I’ve tested our Checkout Upsell Funnel for WooCommerce with WooCommerce Checkout Manager by QuadLayers, there’s no problem placing an order with upsell/order bump

In this case, I recommend checking your checkout fields using another WooCommerce Checkout Fields Manager or WooCommerce Custom Checkout Fields plugin. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the configuration on your site.

It’s very possible that another plugin (or possibly even your theme) is causing the trouble, and this will help you identify the culprit.
