Cannot post at my support thread (& thank you to Support volunteer)

Last night I started a thread here, seeking help with my sidebar and with permalinks. Several members responded with assistance. I was able to reply to them in the thread with no problem. This evening, however, I have tried to reply again to one of the people who gave me a lot of help, but could not find any way of doing so. When I clicked on Reply >>, I was taken to the end of the thread, but there was no means of adding anything to it. Any idea why that would happen?? The thread was not labeled “resolved” at the time, and there was no other reason apparent for the problem.

(Given the impossibility of adding to it, I’ve marked the thread “Resolved,” and so it is now at an end.)

In any event, I mostly wanted just to thank @strangeattractor for his help with the ftp question. I will probably be able to do it now, given his suggestions. Thank you, S.A.

Even if a topic is marked Resolved, additional replies can be made to that topic.

Not sure why you couldn’t add a message to that thread, because I can see the Message box there to Post a reply.

I see the Message box now too, but it was certainly not there a few hours ago. Must be that software dybbuk again?
