Cannot preview order on account page

Hello,

I can view orders only in the wordpress admin area. I tried different accounts, on the admin account I was able to see the orders I make (on https://holist.us/my-account/orders/). I can also view orders if I had an account when I placed the order, on the same link.

But I cannot seem to be able to view the order as a customer if use guest checkout. Even if I create an account afterwards, there is no association between the order and the account once I create the account post order. Is there anything I need to do manually? When I look at the orders from an account that used guest checkout initially then was created, I see no order has been made yet.

This is the support block, and the only failing scheduled action is this:

woocommerce_admin/stored_state_setup_for_products/async/run_remote_notifications

because it reports this: action failed via WP Cron: Scheduled action for woocommerce_admin/stored_state_setup_for_products/async/run_remote_notifications will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

The other scheduled blocks are related to cleanup of draft orders, woocommerce hourly/daily heartbeat from facebook, pintrest, google.

I also disabled all the other plugins, cleaned the website completely, and changed the theme to storefront, yet no linking between guest email -> registered account.
