Cannot print or email any invoices/slips

    Hi,
    I have just installed the plugin to try before buying and after setting up I found that when I click the print buttons on any documents it opens a new small window and that is in “waiting for…” mode forever.

    When I try in “Order actions” to email invoice to the customer it goes to “waiting for…” for a long time and then is get timed out. I am yet to see any invoice the plugin generates.

    Any idea of how to resolve this?

    If I could suggest a couple plugins to try, first regarding printing invoices, I recommend “WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels(Basic)”

    Sending email requires some setup and in my case required access to the domain’s host admin account to modify my MX records for gmail. Your needs may vary and there are many tutorials for setting up your wordpress site to send email and depending on your email provider the authentication settings can vary (search for tutorials of your specific email account type for best results). I use a (paid custom domain) gmail account with my Woocommerce site to send invoices via email and correspond to customers using a plugin called Easy WP SMTP. These plugins have made my life easier, just a suggestion. The “waiting for…” issue is likely waiting to time out cause something is not right, Easy WP SMTP has a quick test feature which will verify if you have entered all the credentials correctly. I have used these for years and they seem to update regularly with new wordpress releases.

    Thanks for the reply, but my problem isn’t with email setup and I have no problem sending emails as such.

    The thread I have posted this in is for WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels support, so I AM already using the plugin you suggested.

    There is a problem with the ‘WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels’ plugin that doesn’t finish the print or send process when clicked.

    There must be a conflict with something, but I don’t know where to look. That is what I am asking the plugin developers to help me with.
