Cannot Publish Changes

    I am trying to customize the free version of this theme on WordPress 6.4.2, and PHP 8.1, but any changes I make trigger the error:

    “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”

    Some of the changes appear on the front end but when I exit the customizer it advises the changes have not been saved. In addition, the error log file shows this error –

    PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /…/wp-content/themes/artist-portfolio/inc/icon-changer.php:931) in /…/wp-includes/functions.php on line 7049

    I deactivated all plugins checking for conflicts and the error is still there. How do I fix this?
