Cannot reach plugins page

  • I am trying to understand the problems with image upload, and so I created a completely fresh vanilla installation of 2.5.1 on my local server.

    Image uploads work!

    But I cannot navigate to the plugins page, to start adding them in one by one.

    I get this error: The requested URL /wordpress/wp-admin/’ . $this->GetBackLink() . ‘ was not found on this server.

    Any ideas, please?
