Cannot reactivate plugin

I have to revert back to the old version of the plugin each time. When I try and upgrade, it deactivates the plugin. When I try and activate it, I get a “page not found” error, and the plugin is deactivated again.

When I use an old version of the plugin, it works, but I’m not able to update.
